"We at first were given a room that was substandard, booked through Expedia. The manager moved us to another room that was great! We had an amazing view of Lake Bled, the castle and the church. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfasts were great, the Spritzers tasty, the music and performers fun and the air conditioning worked well!"

"I had an excellent stay. Staff was very communicative. I was meant to arrive during the day but had a train delay and wouldn't arrive until late at night. They were quick to communicate over email instructions for self check in, which was seamless. Room was excellent, very quiet, even when I popped back in during the day when the restaurant was open I didn't hear anything in my room. Location was great, just a short walk from town and the lake. If you are travelling by bus, it is truly a 2 minute walk from the main Bled bus station. Highly recommend!"

"Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Great location and had a beautiful view of the lake from our room. The hotel was spotless and the reception staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. We used the pool facilities every day when we had got back which include steam room, dry sauna and infrared sauna plus hot tub. Only gripe the jacuzzi in the pool is not working. Our room was comfortable but and air con was noisy but I guess it’s due to its age. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one and for the lovely birthday ballon and room decoration when I arrived"

"Location was central. Room was clean and easy to get to (lift access). Breakfast was good, starts at 7am and can get a little crowded. Room had everything it needed and beautiful view from the balcony. Good storage space too although there seemed to be a central cooling system, so it got a bit hot at night."

"We only stayed one night but after being here I wish we had a chance to extend the trip. The hotel was amazing. The staff were all so kind and helpful and I couldn’t get over how incredible the views were. This exceeded any expectations I had!!! I will absolutely make a point to stay here again in the future and will make it more than one night! Thank you for everything!"
