Acabamos de regresar a casa después de haber pasado una semana memorable junto a familiares y amigos. Todo perfecto, justo como lo deseábamos. Atención de primera desde que llegamos. Check in fue rápido y fácil. Habitaciones impecables, amplias, con buen gusto decoradas y muy cómodas. Exquisita comida y gran atención en todos los restaurantes. Todo el personal es muy atento pero hago una mención especial a Cecilio y Jersin en el lobby, a Juan en Las Torres y a la mejor mayordomo, nuestra Noris. Gracias por tus atenciones! Esperamos volver para nuestra tercera estadía en TRS Turquesa, donde te tratan como FAMILIA!

The resort was beautiful. Irvin over at the VIP concierge was amazing and truly made our stay super enjoyable! I would definitely recommend this resort to a friend looking for a nice relaxing stay. If I come back I would personally request Irving to be our main point of contact!

Room looked tired and a bit run down. The lights and plugs in a large are of the room did not work. Until the last day I was there. Also the room had a sewerage smell coming from a drain pipe in shower.
Staff/Contractors would work at night. At three o’clock someone was using an electric grinder to cut tiles out side my room.
Instead of getting a new room, and having to go through the hassle of repacking just to move rooms. I’d save money on tips.
Staff were very nice, food was good.
The entertainment became a bit repetitive and after a few nights, I realized it was a repeat of the same few shows shuffled around Riu’s three resorts.
Overall hotel felt cheap, generic and bit desperate for profit.
Not happy and would not recommend.
