Poor elevator service. One family with 3 kids waiting over a hour for an elevator. We waited about 30 before deciding to take the stairs from the 6th floor but took them as far as they could go and there was not exit to outside or the Casino. MGM Grand is closer to the airport than other hotels but it does not offer free airport shuttle. It also does not offer in room coffee or tea.
