"The room was very clean. Beds were pretty comfortable for a hotel. More towels would be nice because we had 3 people and only 2 towels. We did ask for more with no issue. Easy access to the subway to go to the hospital. The hotel let us keep our vehicle in the parking garage till we went home no charge. And gave us a key card to get on the elevator to the subway. Very accommodating"

"The rooms were spacious and clean. The front desk and all staff were very helpful and kind to us. The breakfast had alot of good options and good healthy choices! The kids had a wonderful time in the pool. I didnt get to use the gym but it was also very nice and clean. Overall our stay was wonderful and they were very accommodating. Would happily stay again! 😊"

"Most of the people here were either patients of the Mayo or had loved ones in the hospital, and for a reasonable room price they provided a nice breakfast and light supper lunch at no charge. I think this really was a great benefit for most that were staying here. "
