Front desk staff was very helpful. I had my trip at Mayo cut short and they were able to refund my last day that I didn't need. Overall great experience if you are looking for a nice, clean place to stay that is close to the Mayo campus.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very nice, rooms were clean and nice as well. Only thing that was disappointing was the hot tub. Not hot at all. Other than that it was a great stay.

Our room was cleaned very nicely everyday, which is a plus for me. Most of the staff was friendly. One woman seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered with anything and never greeted us as we were coming or going.

Our stay, originally one day and extended to two, was fine. Breakfast was excellent, including biscuits and gravy and pancakes I had not seen at other Comfort Inns. The extended breakfast hours were especially helpful due to the property's proximity to Mayo Clinic. The spa was barely luke warm, which made it not very useful to me. The shuttle to Mayo, while potentially useful, ended up not being so as the staff who checked me in failed to reserve seats for us and nowhere was it specified that this was needed. Overall, in good condition , very clean, most staff helpful and good value for money.
