Staff was super helpful and efficient. The room was clean. When we return to Rochester we will consider staying here again. Also very convenient to reaching the highway and other parts of Rochester.

I had a nice room, although it was rather hot. But it has everything I needed, including quiet and privacy which really matter to me. Breakfast is good, but I don't eat pork so I do wish there was an alternative meat there. But the eggs were good and there was coffee, yogurt, muffins etc we which is really nice They were very accommodating and helpful too Yes I highly recommend them.

Room had a stale smell until cleaned on 2nd day. Hard to explain Shower head was rusted, dirty and need to be replaced The pillows were atrocious. Seriously. They were like little half pillows stuffed with lumpy material. I took photos of them and friends gasped. They may been for kids but definitely not comfortable or new/clean. The cleaning staff was kind and friendly as well as front desk staff. The place just needs a bathroom - sheets - and pillow update badly

First off the staff was great l, no complaints there. The hotel when we arrived smelled musty. The room we stayed in had black mold in the shower, by the toilet, and on the ceiling in the restroom. The room smelled musty as well. If you're looking for a cheap hotel and dont mind mentioned above have at it. I wasn't expecting the Hilton but I wasn't expecting to see black mold either.

My room was overall clean, but badly needed an update. Pull out couch had no pillows, bedding available in the room. All photos show coffee table, when I inquired told only the suites have those. However ALL online photos show. Very false advertisement. The gym has a weight machine with a broken sign. Desk staff said it’s been broken over a year. Treadmill did work, stair machine broken too. I didn’t use the pool, but they do have one. Breakfast daily until 9am. Coffee all day, that is VERY good. Ice machine on 1st floor broken, only available on 3rd floor. Elevator often times won’t go up to third floor. Goes only to 2nd then returns to ground. Can’t recommend using it. Housekeeping came in & removed ALL soap. Been trying to get more since the day it was removed, no luck yet. Temperature of room fully adjustable & comfortable. Toilet very clean, shower okay. No way to stop up sink or tub for bath. Microwave didn’t work, but sweet desk staff brought me one from next door. I really appreciated it, as I didn’t want to leave to get food after the long day & drive there. It’s definitely a budget hotel, but bed was soft and rooms are very quiet. I heard neighbors open/close doors, but not talking or their TV’s.

The rooms are nasty. There was literally blood on one of the pillows. Nothing is cleaned Well, there’s dust everywhere. It’s gross. The staff is really nice though.
