"Room was serviced daily. Cleaning staff was mindful of belongings. Staff was very pleasant in general. Breakfast was okay. Amenities were not as well maintained."

"Staff was wonderful. Room was nice and clean. But Plus level is on 3rd floor, very close to street so you can hear street noises. Elevators could be more “intelligent”. For a few times it already arrived full of people from above. And went up and down without stoping. Breakfast is not good. Too crowded and food not great. Same for lunch. Food could be tasty but it’s not. Dinner ordered in the room was very good."
