"I really adored both Bacalar and this hotel. The design is so wild and whimsical, the staff are so sweet and helpful, the beds are nice and comfy and the location is perfect. Great coffee and’s food with in a block and right by an entrance to the lagoon. Also really loved the hotels very sweet furballs!"
"We would definitely stay again. The room was clean and modern. It was walking distance to the fort and all the restaurants. There is a cafe right across the street that had a great breakfast and service. And there is a beer store on the corner. "

The associated restaurant was not so good. Food was overcooked and server had a poor attitude. Better to go next door to Ixchel food."
