"Everyone I encountered was very friendly and willing to assist us. We had breakfast one morning. It was delicious. Those chilaquiles continue to be as good as 2 years ago when we visited for the first time. Thank you all."

"Staying at Hotel Solana was a tranquil and restful experience. The lagoon view and access here was fantastic. The staff was very cordial and thoughtful. The onsite chef makes amazing meals to include a very satisfying breakfast every morning. The pavillion dock is so picturesque. Located near the southern end of the lagoon (a few miles from town), it was also very quiet. Kayaks and life jackets provided, jet ski for hourly rent. The bedding was comfy! "

"This is a beautiful place. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful- it’s just a gorgeous place. We took a kayak out into the lagoon and visited a cenote and then had a swim. The food in the restaurant is delicious. It was a very short stay but we will definitely be back. Absolutely loved it. "
"I did three different resorts at three different cities. Bacalar Playa Del Carmen and Cancun. My favorite resort was Cristalino by far. The front desk were so nice very kind great service and always smiling. The food was cultural and very delicious. The view you get while eating at the restaurant on site is the best! The pool was warm so when it was chilly it was great. The lagoon view from my room was great. The house keepers were great! They left my room spotless every time. The transportation was easy they order you a taxi, with in 5 to 10 minutes he was outside. The room service was fast and easy, your food was in your room with in 20 to 25 minutes. Close to the city but far enough for it to be peaceful and quite. I recommend this place 5 out of 5. "
"From the moment we stepped foot on the property, it felt like home. Premium but with nature. The perfect blend. The staff were fantastic. The services perfect. The cabin was amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable as were the sheets and pillows. The outdoor shower was sooooo nice, amazing water pressure. The whole package was great, only wish we had chosen to stay at lease one or two more days and spend more time on property instead of doing activities. Highly recommend and we will be back for another visit for sure. "
"To start they didn’t have my reservation, apparently they don’t keep up with Expedia ,they don’t take credit cards I paid for a night in cash I was in the room for an hour.decided to look for another place to stay since I didn’t have more cash on me i tried to get a refund for what I had paid maybe just get charged for the time I spent there with no luck "
"This hotel is truly paradise on earth. The combination of the turquoise water and the lush jungle is simply magical. The attention to detail is remarkable, and the restaurant offers delicious food with plenty of vegetarian options. We even saw spider monkeys and went snorkeling — an unforgettable experience!"
