I did not like the surrounding area where it is located. Not pleasant area to walk. A mechanic shop with old cars on the street. Trash, no green area at all. The fascility is nice but the neighborhood not.

Esta a 15 metros de la carretera principal y en taxi todo cerca , y baratos , 25 a 40 pesos la dejada, solo los rápidos de Bacalar a 30 minutos y 200 pesos

Muy limpia, pocos cuartos, no tuvimos ruido, buena atencion. No hay restaurante y no esta en el centro , pero estos quedan a 5 minutos en auto y 15 caminando.

El hotel es bonito, familiar. Habitaciones amplias pero no cuentan con un sistema de drenaje adecuado, huele mucho a drenaje, poca presión del agua. El lavabo un poco atascado, no bajaba bien el agua ni en el excusado o en el lavabo. Hubo una situación de ves bugs pero se solucionó de inmediato. El personal muy atento. Falta un frigobar y que te dejen más amenidades de limpieza.

Hotel funcional, a 30 minutos caminando del centro. Limpio. La atención de Martha y José espectacular. La de Carlos, nefasto. La piscina necesita caldera, el agua está fría. Pocos lugares cerca para comer. Varias tienditas. No tienen frigobar

La atención fue muy buena y los cuartos muy grandes y limpios lo único que me hubiera gustado que tuvieran cafetera en el cuarto para comensar el día en el balcón con un rico cafecito
