The bedrooms and bathrooms are all upstairs if you have trouble with stairs. There is a Game and TV area in the refinished garage area. This area has streets that are walkable and paths to the river. Our hosts, Shannon and Greg, we're friendly and asked a couple times if we had everything we needed. It's very cozy and quiet. The hot tub is perfect and also private.
