"Good location for walking and transport. Not really 5 star facilities. Housekeeping was extremely poor ,missing towels several days, room never hoovered in a week stay. Roof terrace bar very shabby, dirty, worn furniture. Wanted €20 to use the pool. No apologies when complained about housekeeping. Could not even be bothered to ask if we had a good stay on checkout. "It was my second stay with this hotel. This time, the coffee machine was out of order ( they said they will fix it next day )and the scale was also not working which was not fixed even in next day. Floor towel was missing when checked in in the first day. Ali, the staff who was always very helpful, sent to the room swiftly."

"We had a great stay here. The area might feel a bit rough however its quite quiet and we felt very safe even at 1pm in the morning. Its so easy to get to the city centre by train or walk. Just a suggestion, to add an iron as there are some fancy restaurants people may feel the need to dress up for. "

"Would return to the same hotel because it was so walkable, close to the old center and relatively quiet even in the middle of the center. Didn't open the windows and balcony doors, so it must be the good sound proofing of the doors. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and airy.
