"It was a great experience staying in a traditional ryokan, visit an onsen (public bath) and use a yukata (Japanese robe). Lovely staff, great location and spacious and clean room. A futon mattress would have made the experience even better, but the down duvet was wonderful."

"房間寬敞舒適，稍為不足的是湖景被遮擋。旅館員工的英語不算流利，但態度很親切和友善。早餐及晚餐非常豐富，看得出很用心準備，不過晚餐實在吃得太飽，如能減少碟數更佳。雖然房間有獨立浴室，但我還是喜歡去公共溫泉浴池，冬天去的話，沒有太多人，令人很放鬆。"

"設備が古く所々で問題ありそうですが、(当日は食堂の天井から水漏れしてました)そこはまぁ良いかなとスタッフの方は外国の方が多いですが、皆さん、丁寧で良かったと思います楽しみにしていた貸切風呂は入れなかったので、そこは残念でした 15:00から貸切風呂の受付が始まるようですが、15:15頃にチェックインした時には満員でしたどうやら前日から宿泊されていた方々が枠を全て埋めたようでした"
