"Amazing pools and lazy river. Lots of space for the little ones to play. The door to the room was a beast though, requiring a shoulder to open from the outside and significant pull from the inside. Loud and obnoxious door."

"Dated property with many opportunities for improvement! Had to be moved 3 times before we found a room that did not smell musty. The newer pools were great, hiking trails, and Pickle Ball were nice amenities as well, however you pay a daily fee. Would not stay again."

"Internet was good, breakfast was good, coffee was excellent. Friendly staff. Was here for 3 days and had no hot water. I reported it 3 times and i still had no hot water. I am older and have arthritis and taking a cold shower each morning was not good! The room was nice, very comfortable bed in separate room with fold out couch in living room, and handicap parking right there, but the water situation was really upsetting. "

"While the room floor and bathroom counter were clean and reeked of bleach upon entering, the positive reviews unfortunately stop there. I don't need a lot of frills but this experience was lacking many essentials (some listed as amenities on their site were missing). If you are on a business trip like we were I don't recommend this spot. -Not a safe neighborhood. Aside from smashed window cars in the parking lot, our Doordash order for amenities the motel lacked was stolen within five minutes of delivery. - Smoke alarm ripped out -Dirty shower floor -No toilet paper holder -No hand towels -Only bar soap, no shampoo or conditioner - No soap dish - No hair dryer - No iron and ironing board - The only linens were the flat and fitted sheets. When we asked for blankets (45-50 degrees at night during this time of year) we were told to walk around the property and find the maid ourselves. - walkways and walls all in need of cleaning The photos are deceptive, I should have read the reviews more carefully before booking.
