"I had a bad experience, the staff canceled my room right after I checked and and removed my items with out informing me. The staff was so rude and at the end of the situation re gave me my old room that was never cleaned. They threw all my stuff in a bag. And security didn’t help the situation either. Watch out when you stay no one goes they put things "

The bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of travel. I also appreciated the small details such as fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and a coffee maker in the room.
