"Everything was perfect. I have a late flight and they were helpful with check out time. Flight is at 8pm 12/26/25 checked out late as well, 6pm. & yes I will come back to this hotel."

"We stayed here due to a missed flight connection in Charlotte. The airport shuttle and in-house restaurant made it a no brainer. The pool area was nice, although we did not use it. Ony wish was that breakfast started earlier for those with early flights. "
