"My opinion is jaundiced by the fact I texted the hotel in advance (did not get a reply) then when I arrived they acknowledged the message was received but I didn’t really need to change rooms. ( I was given a special needs room and had rolled them it was not what I wanted. There werenn no other rooms available but my request was not accommodated. "The hotel is well built, very quiet considering proximity to the busy road. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Nice area in Ballantyne and the gym was easily accessible. Shower head with good water pressure (a sticking point with me) and bathroom spacious. I would like to have a hot tub, otherwise, nothing missing for me."

"Second stay at this hotel - halfway point on trip from Ohio to Florida and back. Clean and pet friendly with helpful staff. Good breakfast selection for grab and go or sit down. Fresh fruit, bagels, cereal, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. Loved the juice made of veggies!"
