The hotel is conveniently located and you can walk to a lot of great museums and dining options. The staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always greeted you with a smile. It was clean and the breakfast had a good variety of options.

Staff was polite and helpful. Room was not very clean. We found a dirty sock, the mattress had ugly stains, and there was what looked like mold growing on the window sill. A positive was that they had oatmilk as an option for my coffee which I greatly appreciated; I've never seen that at a hotel before, and as a person with a dairy allergy, that made my morning.

Located in downtown Charlotte, Fairfield is very nicely maintained, quiet and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. NOT within walking distance of shops or restaurants, but that’s why it’s so such a quiet and safe area. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
