Luxury Carriage House Suite on the Lake.

The view! Our peaceful studio has everything you need to enjoy your time with us including an amazing view of the lake. It has a full kitchen, tiny bathroom and laundry. The Carriage House is in a stand alone structure located near our home. The private Suite is a clean, fresh, airy, one room studio-style self contained unit.
It is close to a LOT of outdoor activities: swimming, boating, river rafting/kayaking, golfing, zip lining, biking, hiking, and walking. From studio, its only 15 minutes to Carowinds Amusement park, 25 minutes to Charlotte, NC or Airport. An easy drive to big city attractions. At days end, relax and enjoy dinner by the lake!
Guest access: FREE on road or driveway parking.
Guests are encouraged to use the white double decker dock, rocking chairs, hammock, backyard, porch and courtyard area.
Other things to note
There is a no smoking, vaping, burning things (i.e. candles, incense), or doing illegal drugs in the Carriage House Suite. There us a $500 fine and we will ask you to leave. (Except for the illegal part... what you do outside is your business)
We are generally on site and will access other portions of the Carriage House from time to time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Carriage House. The view and surroundings were beautiful. Enjoyed our dinner on the deck overlooking the lake. Keith and Marsha are wonderful hosts! Would definitely return to this little piece of paradise.

Charming Cottage on the Lake

Great location on beautiful Lake Wylie! Carriage house was clean and well appointed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect getaway for Mother/Son weekend

This was the perfect retreat for a weekend away with my roller-coaster enthusiast of a son. The cottage was spotless and had all the amenities we could ask for. The pull-out couch was the most comfortable bed ever! We used the kayaks on the lake and I enjoyed much-needed “me time”, reading my book on the dock. Short drive to Carowinds for adventure!

Wonderful place!

Beautiful view of the lake! Very clean. Well stocked studio. Easy access to shops, groceries, & restaurants nearby. Comfy bed. Nice linens. The owners are great, and they've equipped the rental with many items to make the stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place. And hope to be back again. Thank you for a pleasant stay :)

We had a great time at this property. Beautiful lakefront property with kayaks and life vests available. Cottage was big enough for our family of 3. Washer/dryer was helpful and kitchen had all the items we needed. Host was very accomodating and friendly. Would stay again!

Amazing Stay!

Keith and Marsha were amazing hosts! My wife and I stayed for our mini honeymoon and it was the perfect getaway from a crazy week of wedding preparation. The place was really nice, very clean, and had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Keith and Marsha!

Fantastic stay. Beautiful and newly renovated carriage house. Unit was immaculate with higher end linens and amenities. Great value to have a quiet and clean unit, accompanied by a panoramic direct view of the lake. Enjoyed tea on the elevated deck to watch the sunrise and local birds. Hosts were excellent. Kitchen was amply stocked with attention to detail. Much appreciated, will return!

Great Lake views from a cozy studio

Great lake views in a cozy, clean, compact studio. This carriage house has a clean interior, new appliances, comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. The property was well maintained. The location was quiet, safe and accessible to dining and activities. The hosts were super helpful with restaurant suggestions and made themselves available for any questions we had. We would definitely return.

The accommodation was exactly as represented/ newly remodeled, well appointed/ had everything we needed. The weather did not cooperate as we did not have opportunity to enjoy the outdoors; however, hope to reserve again summer/fall. Thank you so much!
