Great location- water views & set in a nice precinct. Shopping, good restaurants close by. Very clean, spacious room. Absolutely beautiful hotel, the view of the city from the reception area and from the room was amazing, could see Mt Fuji from my hotel window every day .The hotel was exceptionally clean, staff was always helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent, it had wide variety of options. Fitness room was excellent and clean. The room was huge and had lots of space for your luggage. Fantastic location and very clean

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Japan! we booked the quad room and our kids loved the bunk bed layout and it was nice to have a lounge area to hang in our room. Room was super clean, spacious and modern with Pjs provided. The onsen was a nice bonus as well as the complimentary yuzu cider drinks! We loved our stay and wish we booked for longer!

A great modern hotel close to Yokohama's international cruise port. Good sized rooms with views. The roof terrace is a bonus. Breakfast (included) was top notch. Chinatown is 5 minutes walk away as is the nearest train station. Would thoroughly recommend to departing or returning cruise passengers.

Staff are very helpful. On our last day, we will miss the breakfast due to early flight. The reception staff made sure that we will be provided with packed breakfast. It was a delicious “bento”, sandwiches, pastries and orange juice. Thank you Intercontinental staff. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is in a great spot. The location is super. It is clean, a good size and lots of amenities. When I return to Yokohama - I will go straight back to this lovely hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay. Very clean and near new building. Bathroom was superb and clean. Staff was good and friendly.
