"Fantastic location in Yokohama. Hotel situated on the 20th floor of an office complex and extending for 9 floors. Panoramic windows with panoramic views. Close access to subway. This is a foodie area and every eatery was delicious. The rooms are well proportioned and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Cool vibe. Yokohama is so clean and far less congested then downtown Tokyo. Right by the ocean and access to the waterfront and many interesting cultural activities. Definitely a place to stay."

"The capsule itself was actually very comfortable. It had a socket & a usb outlet. I don't know if the fan worked because it would get a little warm in there. The staff was friendly & available at all hours. Breakfast was meh. A choice of 3 different breakfast sandwiches with cheese & very little ham. My only complaint is the layout. It would be more comfortable if you didn't have to leave the dorm to get to the bathrooms or lockers. That was a pain, trying to get ready in the morning & having to go back & forth. Sharing counter & mirror space with anywhere feom 5-15 ladies, you can't just bring all your belongings at once. But I would recommend it."

"We had a good stay at the Plumm. It was close to the Yokohama Station so an easy walk. 7/11 next door, ATM no service charges and you can reload Suica. Very convenient."
