I would like to recognize the staff at the Aurora Hotel, specifically Ms. Mia, Mr. Tee, and Mr. Andy, who were exceptional. The 3 of them went above and beyond. to make my stay enjoyable. Ms Mia was so pleasant and a joy to talk with, Mr Tee gave me some great ideas in my travel plans as an adventurer, and Mr Andy was really interested in how my day went. The rooms were to my liking, and I asked to be placed on a lower floor, which they were able to accommodate. Any restaurant, massage, excursion, etc, was within walking distance or an Uber/bus ride away. Some friends and I are already making plans to come back, and we will be staying again at this hotel. Best hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is truly amazing and service is the best we have ever received from a hotel anywhere in the world.
The team work together to deliver true excellence in everything they do. They really focus on everything possible, even the smallest things to make the stay wonderful.
The location is perfect within the Old Quarter, everything within walking distance but also not in the middle of too much chaos.
We highly recommend staying here if you visit.
