"the room was spotless and extremely comfortable. Only one negative comment would be the BATH in the ensuite. we are 86 and 79 and stepping over a bath is not really safe at our ages. Your room staff were great. We let them know that there was no need to clean our room but happly gave us more milk, coffee and tea . Bar restaurant and front counter staff couldn't do more for us. Even your trainee on the front counter was extremely helpful. We joined your club also whilst we were there but disappointed to see upon my return that none of the stay we had just enjoyed was recorded on our club membership Lenore and Edward Ryan"
