"Property is starting to show age, but everything is clean and up to par. Sure, fancier hotels are in the area (Mandarin), but you'll pay 2x the price for a similar experience. Very nice river views, convenience to shopping areas, good for a couple of days."

"This is one of Bangkok’s older hotels but they work hard to keep it maintained. Rooms are nice with great views of the city. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Food it’s always delicious and a lot of variety. Free parking on site. Very comfortable and one of the best values in the city."

"Staff are extremely helpful, warm and friendly. Jing and Check in was very helpful and even scheduled my taxi to arrive exactly the time I requested. Many shops are a few steps in the building. Night Street Market/ Street Food, restaurant etc are all walking distance. Would definitely stay here again."

"The Peninsula Bangkok is a special hotel with even more special people. I have travelled across the world and never had a better total experience at a hotel. From greeting at the arrival to assisting with departure. The room was exceptionally nice bathroom that included separate tub and shower. Daily housekeeping and turndown services were superb. In addition, daily delivery of complimentary light snacks added a nice touch. When I return to Bangkok, I will not have to do any hotel searches, as I know that I will return to the Peninsula Bangkok."
