"Great place to stay in Warrnambool in a super location close to the train station and shops and restaurants. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Staff were friendly and the check in (and check out) was very easy."

"We had room 9. Room was clean and fresh. Bathroom was clean, only thing I would change/look into is the shower head. There definitely was blockage, perhaps a bigger shower head instead of the small one. Amenities for making tea/coffee available but we only had 2 coffee satchel & no milk, not a major issue but even a small 250ml UHT milk carton would have been great. Would definitely stay again. Easy check in & out. Jan 25-26 2025 1night accommodation 2 adults"
