Positioned at the front of The Breakers complex which ensures you a beach view. The perfect place to unwind with the family, listen to the ocean, enjoy the surrounds and maybe a swim in the pool. All this while not being too far from the shops, cafes, and restaurants in the heart of Yamba.
This property is all on one level and on the ground floor. On entry is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge equipped with Smart TV, all tastefully decorated. Leading off the lounge is a balcony perfect for evening dinners with the gentle sounds of the ocean in the background.
There are 3 bedrooms with the master containing an ensuite and a separate bathroom with bathtub. The owner has spared nothing to make this property feel very homely in a stylish way.

Linen is NOT provided (you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels) Linen hire is available online at The Laundry Yamba.

Great spot.
Elderly group with some mobility problems among us but managed very well. Location excellent, comfort excellent, facilities excellent. Booking easy, and amendments to dates (my fault) completed promptly. Thank you Elders staff.
