"We loved our stay at The Customs House, it's beautifully furnished and feels very cosy. The beds were super comfortable with lovely linens. "The food was great, the room was a let down in that it wasnt as nice as the pictures made it seem, but the bedroom its self wasnt terrible. it did have a mold patch in the bathroom and the shower head was smaller than i expected from the photos. The bathroom also didnt have an extraction fan but was on a sensor light, which the idea of is great but it was so bright that you almost felt like you where being abducted when you used it in the night. I found the trafic sound was loud over night, Being that the window of the room faced the road and this did make it harder to sleep. I was also woken at 6am by the staff trollies going past, they where so loud i thought they where heavy rain. "
