"Location was great, less than 5min walk from Shimbashi station. Room was very clean and the daily cleaning service was excellent. The rooms and hotel corridors are a little tied in some areas. The staff at the check-in desk weren’t very friendly but all other staff were very polite. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of Japaneses and western options."

"Laundry is very slow because people don’t pick up their laundry fast enough for other people to use the washers; they should be advised to take the clothes immediately after the dryer is finished. 2 hours is a lot of time to be ready to take the clothes off when it’s done! Don’t give extra 30 minutes. Thanks"

"I still like the place and it is still my go to. But the prices went up… and the rooms remained the same. I also didn’t get the same room as usual and I had no view of the tower. First time I get a room without the view and that changes everything."
