"This is a really pretty hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious and up-to-date. Hotel has a pretty fancy feel. And the gym was ok too (which is an accomplishment for hotel gyms in general). Service was top-notched. The hotel concierge, Lucky, went the extra mile to help my get a cab all the way to Shanghai. He deserves a huge shout out and is the reason I would recommend this property! "Really loved the luxury of the property, super nice. The breakfast was great as well. Staff was good, but needed to be more friendly to English speakers, if they can. Rooms were fantastic. Only thing I was frustrated about was that the front desk did not honor my Hilton honors rewards because I booked through a 3rd party site, which I have done numerous times before and gotten credit. Pretty silly policy that was not mitigated. "
