Very nice hotel and close to all places, also the stuff can speak English , I would go there again! The room and the toilet are big and the toilet is fully automated , I loved it

Lovely hotel with wonderful room. Had family room with lots of space and a balcony with a view over old Suzhou. Comfortable, soft, beds, everything clean and fresh. Service minded and friendly staff. Everyone very helpful. Breakfast fine. Great location too.

This hotel is in a prime location, where you can walk to tourist spots and business streets nearby. Excellent services(check-in and check-out, restaurant, daily room cleaning). As a newer hotel, facilities are still in great shape. Breakfast buffet offers both Chinese and western styles. Although the restaurant is not as big as some other similar hotels, its options are plenty and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to those who would like to explore old town area(Gusu).

Nice hotel close to the station

We stayed here for two nights as part of a longer trip. the hotel is very close to the station and many good attractions. Breakfast was ok but limited. The bar is a very basic lobby type that closes early. No restaurant onsight for dinner but the reception staff were great at finding suggestions. I would stay here again.

Very comfortable

Comfortable large bed, good Aircon, helpful staff, looks great, very large counter at bathroom sink which was nice. My room didn't have a bath, but the shower was great still. Fantastic location just a short, pretty walk to the main attractions in Suzhou.

Nice and cosy hotel. Toilet had a bidet which was a bonus. Bed was firm and comfortable, pillow was too soft for my liking and provide hardly and support.

Love it. The hotel is quite new, small, more like a boutique. Clean, neat design, room is compact with good layout. If you've been on a cruise before, you will find the familiarities. And THE BED, I mean capital, real king size and super comfortable. The toilet is very fancy. The onsite bar is small but has expected drinks, from coffee to some mean cocktails. Staff can communicate basic English which is sufficient enough. Great location, metro stations are around 500m either sides, walking distance to main attractions. All in all, it's like a sample size of a usual Marriott if you want to try out the brand. Can be also a good choice if you're on a smaller budget but still want to enjoy Marriott's amenities and services.

One occasion long ago I benefitted from a half hour of Bill Marriotts time when I was kitchen porter at Camelback Inn. He had high standards. I think he would be proud of AC/ Suzhou.
