I gave the 1 start to Expedia,not the Hotel, the Hotel was wonderful the staff, the room, everything was perfect about the Hotel. I booked a 4 adult room and Expedian booked 2 adult 2 chicken, which was so wrong and I ended up buying a second room just because Expedian mistake, so disappointed.

幼児連れで２部屋ほしいため民泊風のこちらに１週間滞在しました。寝室２部屋、キッチンエリアが扉で分かれていたので子供が寝ている間も物音を気にしないでよく助かりました。ここは〜〜村という居住区の一角で、夜10時頃まで隣のテレビの音が聞こえたり朝には多少生活音がしたりします。地元民になったような気分を味わえます。虫や蚊などいるかと思ったのですが全然出ず、とても清潔で良かったです。 立地は人民公園へ徒歩数分の好立地で、豫園、バンド、田子坊も歩いて行ける範囲でした。居住区の出口のすぐ目の前に日用品店、八百屋、飲食店があり利便性は高いです。また南の方へ徒歩３〜４分行くと飲食店が５〜６店舗並んでいるところがあり、そのうちの菜飯骨頭煲という店の手撕排骨というホロホロの骨付きバラ肉がとても美味しくてオススメです。 事前にWeChatグループに招待されデポジットを決済する必要があることに注意です（デポジット必要の旨と金額はExpedia上に書いてあります）。Wifiが繋がらなかったのでこのチャットで問い合わせたところ技術者を派遣してもらって対応してもらえました。チャットへの反応は丁寧で早かったです。 ホテルではできない経験をしたいならオススメです。

Happy to have the laundry area. Aircon and TV remote were both not that great. The hotel needs upgrading. Staff were really nice and accommodating. For backpackers, this is an okay accommodation. One thing is good, it’s proximity to moat of tourist spots in Shanghai.

The location is great, close to popular stores and metro station. Staff are very nice and friendly, the room is clean. We forgot to bring power converter from 220V to 110V, the front desk provide it free of charge. Strongly recommend!
