I am a frequent visitor to Cancun resorts. This resort is by far the one that disappointed me!!!
Food quality no good, always cold. Property not well taken care off. Staff were not friendly at all, not many amenities to enjoy, past 9pm you could not enjoy any food other than hamburgers, hot dogs and French fries.

The accommodations were well-maintained, and the staff provided exceptional service. The dining options were of high quality, and the pool facilities were excellent. We are very satisfied with our choice of hotel; the entire experience was outstanding, and we look forward to returning next July.
