"The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very nice absolutely clean. The pool, hit tub and restaurant was nice too. The parking garage is expensive and very tight parking, it was not easy to get in and out if."

"The location is excellent. Short Uber or long walk to Waikiki Beach. Ala Moana Center and Beach are about a 5 minute walk. Small, quaint and cool boutique hotel. No elaborate lobby, No 5 star restaurants, Waikiki has so many hidden gems, a walk gives you a chance to find them on your own. Scooters and bicycles are available nearby. Everything is close. Love this place. Will definitely stay here again."

"The room was advertised online as “All fees included,” but be aware that this does not include the resort fee or check-in fee, which can be misleading. While the resort and check-in fees were mentioned in the agreement, as a customer, seeing “All fees included” gives the impression that there will be no additional charges.I asked the host for clarification, and they pointed out that the resort fee and check-in fee were listed in the agreement. The check-in fee was minimal, but the resort fee increased the overall cost to the point where the rate was no longer as attractive.After my first phone call, I was unable to reach a live person again. I left a message, but no one returned my call, which was quite disappointing.Overall, it was a lesson learned. On a positive note, the room itself was nice and clean."
