"All staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. It was great to have the use of the spa facilities and my son loved the swimming pool. "Lovely welcome from reception staff. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Excellent location. Only thing that let it down was the car park discount didn’t work on making payment at the Bridge car park when exiting which was very disappointing"

"Our stay was amazing, the hotel looked lovely as we drove in. The staff couldn’t be anymore helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely meal in the rib house, the service and food were excellent. The spa treatment was much needed and enjoyable. Could not speak anymore highly of Ramside Hall"
