"Noisy and very cold room. Some outside air condition unit was making noise between 5:30 to 22:10 every single day. Heating the room was a challenge with no chance to win."

"Unfortunately, our experience did not match the standard or condition presented in the listing.On arrival, the property showed numerous issues that went beyond normal wear and tear. These included worn and damaged towels, strong cigarette and damp smells throughout, visible dirt and stains on sofas and carpets, food remnants on the floor, and evidence of indoor smoking (including cigarette butts found inside a radiator grill). There was also significant damp and peeling wallpaper near bed headboards, a leaking shower, and a cracked kitchen floor that felt unsafe to walk on without shoes.Several members of our group were uncomfortable staying as a result, and four people had to find alternative arrangements. We raised these concerns with the host during the stay.The photos and description on the listing did not reflect the actual condition of the property, which was particularly disappointing given the reason for our visit and the lack of alternative accommodation available at short notice.While the location may suit some travellers, I would strongly advise future guests to be aware that the property’s current condition may not meet expectations shown online."

"Whole house stank of smoke. Filthy bedding and mattresses. 1 fork between the 7 of us. Marks on the carpets and the walls. Pile of cigarette butts outside the back door. Mattress in single room smelt very strong of urine so son had to sleep on the floor. Blinds were broken in the downstairs bedroom. The list is endless "

"The flat was very clean and exactly what we were expecting. Our only problem was with the parking. After arrival we saw that there had been an accident involving the wall surrounding the parking lot. Durring our week long stay there was broken glass at the entrance of the parking lot and a large pile of bricks that we had to move asside in order to enter the lot. There was also a large pile of branches in the lot. "

"Not enough plates even when said 8 people will be visiting, not enough knife, cutlaries. No hanging hooks in toilet, no stopper in the toilet. Not enough shower gel or shampoo provided, not enough handwash in both washroom. Missed a lot of things for comfortable stay."
