"The rental was beautiful and we wanted for nothing. Everything we needed was in the house. Seven of us enjoyed a week at the beach and had plenty of room to spread out at the house throughout our stay. Being only one block from the sand was awesome! Josh was very accommodating, flexible and responsive. The balconies were great to hang out on in the mornings and evenings. The mattress in the master bedroom is top notch. Don’t think about it, just book this property."

"The pictures do not do this property justice! Access five Wrightsville Beach is by far the best place to be if you are looking to stay away from the tourists. Both of the decks offer plenty of room for several people to father. We even hosted our own private chef for a shrimp boil off of the living room deck with room for 14 girls to eat. Virginia was extremely responsive and kind. We will absolutely be booking here again!!"

"My family had a wonderful time here! Waking up to that water view is amazing, and being able to walk to the beach is worth it. Each bedroom was beautiful, and everyone had their own space to relax. The host was great. Highly recommend!"

"It started with just annoying. We weren’t able to access the garage because the remote garage door opener didn’t work. That’s where all the beach stuff is kept. The first person said we don’t leave remotes even after I sent a picture of the remote. The person who showed up and the maintenance guy said they’ve had trouble with the remote in the past. So why not leave a key?! The ceiling fan in a bedroom doesn’t work, the grill looks like it’s never been cleaned, the filter in the frig needs...
