"Beautiful tree scape. Kind of a treehouse experience with the spiral staircase. It is tricky loading to kitchen and living area. You have to be semi fit to navigate loading-unloading. There are several stairs to enter home. The fire pit was lovely. The game room was a plus! Our dog loved it! We recommend this house for sure. Most likely will stay again."

"The property was very nice - well maintained and updated. It was a very short walk to the main street of Coeur d'Alene (Sherman Ave) - closer than it looks on maps. The property absolutely has beds for 6. But if you are planning to have that many people, note one bathroom and only a small 2 person table for eating. Huge couch though! In a very quiet neighborhood."

"We had a fabulous time in CDA, staying in this cottage home. We couldn't have found a more perfect location - just walk out the door for wonderful lakeside hiking. And we really enjoyed using the bikes for a lovely ride on the Centennial Trail, through McEuen Park and along the lake and riverside. "This property is truly a home! If you love to cook, the kitchen is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and you can tell that thoughtfulness was used when decorating and creating a truly wonderful experience. It is only a few blocks from the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor area with the fire pit and BBQ is relaxing after a long day! We will return!"

"The apartment was great very clean very organized. Great place to take my dogs as well. If I were to say one thing that could improve, it would be the steps going down to the apartment we’re OK but not great if you had your hands full there’s no rain And it will need to be repaired because it looks like this site is in however it’s still a five star. It was a great place to stay and the people upstairs were awesome. They even gave us some jackfruit that they had extra! I’d stay here again."

"Great little place!!! Met our needs for a party of 3 perfectly. Might work for a party of 4 if 2 are kids as it is small. Everything was new and updated, except for the cute, nostalgic fridge. The property is amazing and beautifully kept. Small bar nearby that had outdoor, live music one night. Grocery store, bar and burger joint within a block and easy to walk to. Felt very safe in this. Will definitely stay here again!! "

"The house is great! It was very well stocked for a big family. They had a pack and play, a baby booster, baby gates, extra table and chairs, etc. Jeff, the property manager was extremely communicative and got back to us if there was anything else we needed like more towels or paper towels, hand soap, etc. The neighborhood felt nice and safe and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!"

"My wife and I had such an unexpectedly wonderful stay at RMGH. Susan and Tom have created an oasis that truly was one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed at. We have travelled to a variety of destinations both in North America and abroad, but rarely have we encountered such loving details and finer touches. "This home was a great spot for us to get together. It has unbeatable views and is just the right amount of distance from town to feel like a real getaway. The tram car down to the beach was convenient for us to have a fire and go paddle boarding. It was comfortable and cozy for our group of 8 adults. The downstairs can get a little chilly, but we adjusted for that. Very enjoyable stay! Thank you!"
