"The room was so tiny could barely walk around it. The bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen. Overall even smaller than rooms in Japan. Has a great sitting room next to the foyer but no fire, no service and no F&B. I think they had a bar that opened at 3 but that wasn’t much use to us. Also had a problem at check in so wasn’t impressed "

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was very polite, friendly and hospitable. The room was on the top floor. The room had a nice view of the city far away. The room was neat, clean, quiet and above all spacious! The breakfast was great. It was easy to get to the hotel from Heathrow on the Elizabeth line. The setting was nice historic Grenwich. Everything was fine. I will definitely come again! "
