"Very nice place to stay"

"Such a great place that was really spoiled by problematic parking. No room to open your doors as spots were incredibly small. Three other people in the carpark were complaining if it while we were arriving. Also, the aircon vent in the bedroom, made a loud noise the whole time we were there. I would have loved a fan instead. Apart from those two issues, it was a very good place."

"Everything was perfect in the beginning, but in the last day the ensuite started smelling, so the main bedroom was unusable, so had to sleep in the smaller second bedroom. Same issue was mentioned in other reviews but we thought this had been fixed, but seems like still an issue. Everything else was perfect, would have been 5 stars if not for this terrible smell."

"Excellent breakfast. Once the new check-in area is completed it's going to look really smart. Room service is amazing. Make sure to visit the rooftop pool, it's 1st class. "

"The gym was small with a few pieces of equipment. You would be struggling to fit 3 people in there. The pool was amazing for both kids and adults. The two waterslides were a bit of fun! The pool was a good temperature. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the pool toys in the storage container on the balcony. Level 2 rooms don’t have a beach view but higher levels might as the beach is right across the road, as is the Alex Surf Club."
