"Side street quiet. Train line behind building. Aircraft path overhead. Comfortable enough. Not a place for elderly with 30cm drop from shower to floor. 5 concrete steps to toilet with a piece of concrete carved out at the top to allow the doors to close. This area has no inner walls and has exposed plumbing, sullage lines and electricity cabling. The toilet seat is faulty, and the flat has cockroaches. We could clearly hear people upstairs (Double storey) walking over their floor, our ceiling at...

"The sleeping/bedroom arrangements of this property we not properly explained. One bedroom was not even a bedroom and had a louver wall one side and a curtain door. This room was also very small. I would not recommend this property it to adults sharing together. I barely slept. The bed in the main bedroom was also very squeaky. Also, no oven only a microwave. The shower was also very mouldy and had not been cleaned properly in a while. On a whole, very disappointing. Very over priced for what it...
