"There was a possom in roof making noises all night an a problem with water pipes banging an carry-on all night ,second night ther we couldn't get a nights sleep from the noises in room 12.Reported to office Sunday morning his attitude was Ì dont care wouldn't come down to room to hear noises so i reckon i am not the only one that has suffered this."
