"Three bedrooms, dining table, tv area, master bedroom with ensuite. Balcony overlooking the water. Big unit with heaps of room for family to spread out. Good unit for families with teenagers so they can have their own room. $30 drinks voucher for each night of stay. Indoor heated pool, indoor spa, outdoor pool. Staff all friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. And did I mention the heaps of room…. So much better than everyone being cramped in a tiny motel room. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Lakes Entrance. "

"A lovely welcome & lots of thoughtful touches in the rooms. Large comfortable bed. Weather wasn't great - so didn't use the outside amenities on offer."

"Dog-friendly property but cabin we stayed at was not. Wasn’t clearly stated when booking, had to get a dog sitter since booking was non refundable. Cabin was dated, lots of road noise since cabin was 10 metres from the street. Would stay again for the convenience location but will book a bigger and newer cabin. Economy cabins are old and a bit beat up. Surprised dogs weren’t allowed when the cabin was in such poor conditions. "

"The cottages are in the woods, surrounded by trees. With relaxing atmosphere and quiet environment, we had very great time during our holidays."

"Thw room was spacious and clean however the condition of the room itself could be hugely improved so there aren't paint chips, stains, etc everywhere. The bathroom was also really old and dilapidated. Parking was free and easy access inside the property which was great however the hotel should look into inatalling security doors so that only the motel guests can walk in inside the property and not anyone else to minimise chances of damage to guest's property including their cars. While the motel provided basic amenities, service could be greatly improved such as by ensuring proper essentials are available like hand soap dispenser, clean and stain free towels, concierge availability during most of the day. We found that if we needed anything, most of the time, the motel reception was unattended. However, location of the residence was great and it was great that it was open till late so we could come in and leave at any time from our room. "
