"The resort / hotel was absolutely spotless in terms of cleanliness and lavishness. Staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. Although our experience was fantastic, we can’t say it was perfect. Our Pros and Cons. There are TONS to do at this resort but each of the pros had cons. - Firstly there is a free shuttle from the airport that goes directly to the hotel just outside Gate #3 on the floor where you exit that starts operating from 5:10 am. One small con to this was at the bus stop where we were dropped off at the hotel, there was no cart service so we had to send a family member to the front desk to request a cart service. - Lavish, clean, full of Art pieces to look at while you wonder around the resort. One of the best hotels we’ve been to by far but the size of the hotel adds a lot of walking time and searching time if you want to get to places at the resort. - The Wonder Box amusement park is SMALL. Great for kids under the age of 7 but definitely not worth it if you are travelling with kids above age 9. - All the pools and CIMER sauna jjimjilbang amenities are AMAZING! However… CIMER’s age restriction was 8, so our kids (5 and 4) were not allowed in. The indoor and outdoor pools however were accessible for all ages. - BIGGEST DOWNSIDE of this resort was they don't allow you to use the amenities until you check in which is 2-3pm. So when we arrived after our flight landed at 6am in the morning there was NOTHING to do. Time your stay accordingly."

"I’m puzzled by all the great reviews for this hotel. At this price range I did expect a cleaner and more maintained room. My main complaint is the cleanliness mainly in the bathroom. There were blinds in the bathroom that had such a thick layer of dust and also the gap under the window had dust too. I know blinds are annoyingly difficult to clean but that’s the difference between a quality hotel from bad one. I also hate mold and mildew in hotel bathrooms, such a big sign of lack of quality and maintenance. And trust me there was that around the facet, floor tiles and sink. The bathroom had a mildew smell which i think switching out the shower curtain would really help with that. Maybe all the good reviews were mainly for the great location, right in the heart of it. And the room was a good size but otherwise don’t think I would stay again for the price point."
