Front Desk staff have been very responsive without hesitation on any inquiry I've placed. The breakfast was made complimentary to compensate for a lack of a working tv, due to my decline in a change of rooms first offered. Very ameniable and respectful employees at Hotel and CasaMeal Restaurant. I expressed my gratitude and complimented them. I would like the management to share this review with them all. We stayed here for our stop in Seoul. This hotel is conveniently located near two metro stations, a bus lines, great shopping and a plethora of dining options. Our room was quiet and clean with a spacious bathroom. The staff was also very helpful with all of our questions and arrangements. There was nothing else we needed to make our visit to Seoul more enjoyable. Thank you!
