They communicated providing detailed instructions that were so helpful and provided information regarding events occurring while we were in town. Great touches greeted you such a goodie basket, plush towels, and little extras - not your typical rental property fare. The boat home is located near great restaurants and are a short walk to shopping. I can’t wait to stay again!"

"Concierge Zak has excellent customer service. Very helpfull. Loaded our luggage from parking and drove use to the dock, then carried our stuff to the floating house. All staff was very engaging and friendly. The Houseboat was beautiful and well maintained. Nicely decorated. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a unique experience. Sunsets are beautiful!"

"The area was very nice there was a lot of parking available within walking distance. Also within walking distance was a lot of local businesses and restaurants, many of which the host told us about. The place was very clean when we arrived and was well organized with all the items offered. The whole stay the host gave recommendations that were appreciated and very nice. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay again."
