"The room was old and unclean. Hair on the floor, a mouldy rubber bath mat and the bathroom cupboard wouldn't open. I had to use my comb to push it open to get to the hair dryer. "

"My suite was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent for my two day stay in Parramatta, especially as I had work related activities in Parramatta Square"

Definitely will tsje the no B'fast option next time. Cleanliness if the B'fast area requires improvement. Noticed that the cleaning staff lacked professionalism with basic cleaning services. Location of the hotel is a plus. "
