"We loved being in the heart of Pico/Robertson. The beds are yummy. It needs a place to hang clothing. Some minor fixes are needed, for example the towel rack is not attached well to the wall and the shower knob was not properly attached. Overall, it was comfortable and feels like a garage with some upgrades. It needs more work to be a fully functional vacation rental."

"Stayed one night to attend a concert at BMO stadium. Super cute house. Host had easy property instructions without any hidden excessive rules. A few snacks and drinks left by the host made us feel very welcome. Will easily use the property again and pass along to friends. 10 out of 10 stay."

"This was the perfect place to stay for a couple of days in Disneyland. It was fairly close to the park, located in a quiet neighborhood, and we had no issues with check in or communication with our hosts. There were not a lot of kitchen tools but we were able to get by without them. They did provide snacks and water, which was nice!"

"Extremely easy to communicate with the property manager. Close to Disney, but a bit too far for our group to walk. Fireworks can be seen from the backyard! All furniture was comfortable, we bring our own pillows and bedding, just because. We loved ordering groceries and having them delivered almost immediately. Neighborhood seemed safe, and clean. "We were happy with our stay. Our only negatives were the pool temp was not 82 degrees as listed, there was no hot water in the kitchen and the mattresses were not very comfortable but other than that it is a beautiful home."

"There were three of us and we had two bedrooms with plenty of room for each of us. One of us used the inflatable mattress, which was very nice. We went to the LA Natural History Museum, the California Science Center and the African American Museum. There was so much to see, we didn't get to a lot of them! We definitely need to go back to take everything in!"

"I'm so glad we rented this house instead of three separate hotel rooms. We were here for Chapman Graduation (about a 15 minute drive) but stayed for Disney. My dad who is 89 enjoyed just relaxing at the house when tired (it was great that there were two bedrooms with their own baths) while the more adventurous in our group walked to and from disney (a decent but doable walk for teens/adults but probably too long for little kids). We stocked the house with food for a poolside BBQ and breakfasts...

"Our group of grandparents down to grandkids were here for a wedding. We had several big teenage boys and the accommodations were great. The large room worked quite well for all of us to be together without being crowded. It is a well-equipped house and the book of information quite complete. Our previous questions were answered promptly. We enjoyed the fireworks also. There are a few minor things around the house that could be improved on but overall, it was a very pleasant stay."

"When we arrived the house was clean and tidy, but unseasonably cold. Someone had turned the thermostat way down. We called the maintenance property manager and within an hour he delivered space heaters to make sure we were comfortable that night while waiting for the maintenance crew to repair the heat the next day. This immediately earned them a 5 star review. This attention to detail and responsiveness was exceptional. Thank you very much!"
