We had an amazing stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and offers so many activities and amenities to enjoy. The entertainment was outstanding and kept us engaged every day and night. There was always something fun to do, and the shows were energetic, professional, and memorable. Our butler Constantino (Grand Palladium Bávaro Select: Family Selection) provided exceptional service throughout our stay. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and always checked in to make sure we were enjoying our experience. Whenever we had a question he was available any time of the day even after his work hours. His dedication truly went above and beyond. One moment that really stood out was when we had made reservations for the Chic Cabaret. Instead of having us return to the lobby, he met us on the beach on the other side of the resort to sign a document stating that we’d pay during our check out. That level of thoughtfulness and convenience made a lasting impression. He is a true gem and a gentleman who genuinely cares about his guests. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with his assistance and appreciated how he helped us navigate such a wonderful resort. His outstanding hospitality made our vacation even more enjoyable.
