"The hosts were great but the rooms were like staying in a hostel. The heating for the room was only put on when we arrived so it was freezing everywhere. The towels were so hard. The curtains had been trimmed with scissors very badly and the window handle fell off when I tried to open it. The beds were comfortable though. "

"This hotel was in a great location and the staff were kind, but it was disappointing that there was no phone in the room, and thus, you had to walk downstairs if you had a question or needed anything. Also, my bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush and the next day I had to change rooms as the maintenance man wasn’t come for 2 days! That’s crazy that the maintenance worker comes every 3 days! I’m not planning to stay here again. "

"Our stay was great. The hosts were superb and wentabove and beyond to help us out. The place was fantastic and easy walking distance to downtown. I cannot thank the hosts enough for how wonderful they were in a difficult time for us as we navigated our mum’s death and funeral. "
