Your staff was amazing especially the shuttle driver - so kind and friendly . Gals at the front desk helpful . Room was clean and everything working well. Disappointed the sauna and hot tub were in need of repair

Overall good experience

No acces to TV and no instructions on how to use it or access it, one of the sink was plugged, when the place was booked it wasn’t very clear that it was through RBNB, it was overpriced though comparing with the normal fare of the same lodge
